Chocolate Banana Cake

This is my first experience to baking cake. It’s was so excited and looking forward to the baking result. Finally, not disappointed me =p The chocolate banana bread is moist, sweetness just perfect and  i like the perfect match flavors with chocolate and banana .. Yummy ~ For this recipe, i didn’t adding baking soda. So,the cake not exactly perfect because the top part of cake not swell well .. I’m so care of this point >.< I Hope next time will do more perfect !

这是我第一次烤蛋糕的经验。非常兴奋和期待烘烤出来的结果。总算没让我失望=p 巧克力蛋糕很湿润,甜度恰恰好及我爱的巧克力和香蕉的绝配口味… 美味极了~在这食谱当中,我忽略了添加泡打粉。所以,蛋糕体不怎么完美因为蛋糕顶部膨胀不起…我本身还蛮在意这一点的>.< 希望下一次可以制作得更完美 !

Ingredients / 食材:-

*Pre-heat oven 170C
*预热烤箱在170度

1) Bananas – 2 ripe ( mashed )
香蕉2根(压烂)

2) Cake flour – 100 grams (sieved)
低筋面粉-100克(过筛)

3) Brown sugar – 50 grams
黑糖-50克

4) Unsalted butter – 60 grams (melted)
无盐奶油-60克(溶化)

5)Unsweetened cocoa powder – 20 grams ( add together with flour, mix well)
无糖可可粉-20克 (和面粉一起混合)

6) 2 eggs
鸡蛋2颗
